Having mentioned on the Hi-Point page that I like 45 ACP. I decided to go with a 1911 pistol. I found this one. A Springfield Armory M1911-A1. The price was right, and I bought it. I took it to the range today, and it shoots very well. Glad I purchased it. Also, the feel of the gun and the trigger pull is terrific. It is very accurate. I think it will be a very good gun to practice with. However, I traded it in for a Springfield LW Operator
